Do you have an Item Limit for consignors?

We have a minimum limit of 15 items in order to participate, unless you have furniture or baby equipment. Bring your best! It is our experience that a consignor who brings 75 great items will do better than a consignor who brings 100 items that are poor quality or out-of-date and priced too high

What are my Consignor Options regarding printing barcode labels to stick onto my tags?

Option 1 - Let us print them for you free of charge. You'll pick them up and label your items at the store on one of the Drop Off Days. (This is most popular.)

Option 2 - Let us print them for you free of charge. You'll pick them up and label your items at home. Then bring your already labeled items on Drop Off Days in "Inventory List Order". You MUST have a printed inventory list.

Option 3 - Print your barcode labels at home using a COLOR PRINTER. Follow the directions CAREFULLY that appear on the "enter items" page after you enter your number and password. Label your items at home. Bring your labeled items on Drop Off Days in "Inventory List Order". You MUST bring a printed inventory list.

Do I need to sign up for a new consignor number for the Siloam Springs sale, even though I am already a Rhea Lana consignor at another event? Will I need a new consignor number for each Siloam Springs sale event after this sale?

Yes, all consignors will need to register for a new consignor number the first time they participate in the Siloam Springs event. However, after this sale, please reuse your number from this Siloam Springs sale event for the next time you consign at Siloam Springs (this helps us tremendously during our sorting process). If you can't remember your consignor number, there is a place under the [Submit] button on the Consignor Login Page where it can be requested. (Rhea Lana's of NWA and Rhea Lana's of Fayetteville/Springdale are considered two separate sales, and if you consign at all three events, you will have three different consignor numbers.) If you have any problems, just email us at briana@rhealana.com and we'll be happy to assist you.

Can I bring children to the Pre-Sale?

We strongly suggest that you NOT bring your children to the Pre-Sale. Just bring a tape measure and their measurements and enjoy a mom's night without the kiddos. It is very crowded during the Pre-Sale and it will be less stressful on you and your children to leave them in someone else's care.

Can I bring my husband or mother with me to the Pre-Sale?

YES!! We allow workers and consignors to bring one immediate family member with them to the Pre-Sale to help them shop. This includes your husband or mother, not your best friend. We will be checking! You may give your guest pass to your friend & meet them at the Guest Sale later in the evening.

How should I price my items?

We suggest you price used items at 25-30% of the retail value - new with tag items can be priced at 40-50% of retail. Baby Equipment, Furniture and Large Indoor/Outdoor Toys usually sell for more and are in high demand. We have an abundance of 0-6 month sizes, so they must be priced competitively in order to sell. Maternity and Junior clothing are not shopped as heavily, so price these competitively, also. Can I use wire hangers?

Please use children's plastic hangers for sizes 10 and below. Use larger plastic hangers for sizes 12 and above. Plastic coated wire hangers may be used and are useful for pinning pants to but please don't use the older style dark wire hangers (like you get at the cleaners). They can create a gray ash when they slide across the rack and this would get on the consignors' items.

How do I secure small pieces with Toys or Equipment?

Place them in a ziploc bag and then seal the ziploc with clear packing tape. This is important! We cannot be responsible for lost toy pieces so please make sure and secure them firmly.

When I sell items in a ziploc bag, how do I attach the price tag?

First, be sure to affix the barcode label to the string tag; do not stick it directly onto the item or the bag. Then attach the string tag to the item and tag inside the bag. Make sure the tag is visible.

How do I carry my clothes while I am shopping?

We suggest you bring a laundry basket with your name on it. Large bags are also welcome, but they will need to be checked at the door.

What if my item is not worth your minimum price guideline of $3.00?

If it meets our "excellence quality" standards, then group it together with one or two more like items. Pin them together on a hanger, or group them in a ziplock bag and put one price for the entire group.

Can someone else pick up my check and any remaining items on pick-up day?

Yes, you may send someone to pick up any remaining items and your check on pick-up day but we will NOT be able to guarantee your items (unless the person who picks up was also the person who dropped off the items). If a question were to arise, only the person who dropped off the items would know which items were put on the floor and if any were held out for some reason.

Can I enter additional batches? And will I be charged an additional $9 Participation Fee?

Yes, consignors may enter additional items in a new batch. Think of batches as groups of items entered together. Just click on "new batch" on the enter items page. The $9 Participation Fee is only charged once per consignor number. The fee is automatically deducted from each consignor's printed checks at the end of the sale. (A consignor may have multiple batch numbers under one consignor number.)

Should I iron my clothes?

Wrinkled clothes do not sell! We will likely send them home to you if they are extremely wrinkled. Please do what is necessary to make your clothes look clean and nice. Remember, the better they look, the more likely they are to sell!
